Saphire FUE Hair Transplant

"FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is one of the most commonly preferred procedures by hair transplant specialists. Hair transplant experts specialize in evaluating hair transplant patients, allowing them to assess the texture and condition of the skin in the donor area, the amount of hair that can be harvested, and the size of the donor hair. If the expert deems the patient suitable for the FUE procedure, which stands for Follicular Unit Extraction, the process is initiated. One of the most beneficial aspects of the Sapphire FUE procedure is its ability to maintain the natural appearance of the hair after the procedure.

How is Sapphire FUE Hair Transplant Done?

The FUE technique consists of four steps. Firstly, the donor area, where the hair roots are collected, is shaved to facilitate the extraction of hair follicles with a micro-motor. Following this, the area where the hair roots are collected is numbed with local anesthetic drugs, and the procedure moves on to the second step. In the second step, the hair from the back of the head is directly collected using the micro-motor method. The reason for selecting the back of the head as the donor area is that the hair in this region is more resistant to falling out. The collection of a single hair follicle takes approximately two hours.
